Wendy's

Food was great, but service was extremely SLOW. Why, in a tourist town, would you put in a front counter with only ONE register? If you have a bus full of people, do not stop here unless they aren't very busy, because they cannot handle the volume or high-traffic times. I love all Wendy's restaurants, but I'm only giving them 4 stars because the franchise did some very poor planning on this one. I felt so bad for the workers that day...

novelties, was fast, convenient, and it was good. Even customer service was good this time.

It's a Wendy's, service was fine, food was passable, they only got part of our order wrong.

Didn't know we had an online mobile order so we had to tell the front counter staff. Also didn't get some of the add-ons that I had purchased. Call me a penny pincher but I want my cheese sauce for the 40¢ I spent on it.

The wait was ridiculous, I ordered 2 breakfast burritos and waited 20 min for them

Order frosties, no spoons, no straws, Ordered family chilli but no spoons.

Gave 1 star because that's the lowest I could go. Dirtiest resturant I have ever been in. The manager Brenda was there watching her employees gossip, yell at and insult each other. Male cashier ask two locals who come in everyday how they could eat there so much. He says if you worked here you would see how they are made and would never eat it again. I would be ashamed of this store because it is in a great location and if someone had some pride it could be great.

Fries were cold but the burger was great!

Awful! Went for a late night snack and the (manager) was cooking food without gloves on!!!! Whiping her hands on her apron and then grabbing more food with her bare hands!'

Well I like the Wendy's that I went to in Tennessee they had the most biggest hamburgers I've ever saw that there Wendy's I could not believe it they had their hamburgers were very big with plenty of meat it was like what the commercial says all right I couldn't believe that in Pennsylvania the Wendy's that I've been to you're like where's the meat but in Tennessee the restaurant at Dolly world there is a lot of meat everything was fresh on the hamburgers and the fries were seem like they were fresh I had no complaints on that so that's like a thumbs-up I should have put a * 5

Our order was 100% accurate, it was busy but the staff was polite and had grace under fire. Great job 👍

Well I gave 1 star due to the fact that they put mayo on my and my wife's burgers and on the receipt clearly says no mayo this was at 11:33 my wife drive straight home and I tried to call 3 time at 12:06 no one answered they do not close till 1 am. I so very upset I am a cook and have been for many years as well as my wife too we know how it is but all you have to do is read.

This is the busy tourist season and there is no staff here. There is one cashier, he is also having to put together all the meals we have been here 30 mins and are just now ordering. This is a tourist town, Wendy's needs to step it up! Too slow!! Don't come here if you have anywhere to be.

Best chicken nuggets. But other day drive thru was down , and they told me to come in. But as I'm handicapped no can do.

Love it...will be returning whenever I visit tn again

I just stopped in to get a coffee, for a friend working up the street at Long John's. I would have rated them at five stars, but sadly they only had one of their two registers manned. Since it was the lunch rush, my wait to order was fairly long, but once I finally got to the front of the line, the service was quite fast and friendly. I don't hold the lack of help against them. Everyone here is chronically short of help. We have to import J-1 visa students from the far side of the world, just to get anywhere close to enough help.

Was clean, hot fresh food with good service

Went in for lunch a few days ago and there was a good size line. I like Wendy's so I waited. What I saw was a crew who worked well together. They worked through the line of people at a decent pace. I'm a local and understand how hard it is to get help. This crew did a good job. I got the four for $4.00 deal, you can't beat it. Double stack, chicken nuggets, fries and a drink. Everything was fantastic! It was hot it tasted good and was priced right. I enjoy this Wendy's and don't sweat the small stuff. Good food at a good price served in a reasonable amount of time. Good job everyone.

During this virus they are putting your change in a plastic bowl and want you to stick your hand in there and scrape the bottom for your change. Then they dump the ketchup packs that everyone has digging their hands into right on top of your fries. Seriously those ketchup packs can’t be sanitary to be put in the bag last seriously touching your fries. Their protecting theirselves and not us. I don’t want my change or debit card in a plastic contaminated bowl. How redicioulous.

45 minute drive through wait but love Wendy’s so i waited. Big mistake. Sloppy burgers, cold burgers, and sweet tea wasn’t sweet at all. Should have known when the guy at the window was asking someone if they sweetened the tea. Worst experience ever at Wendy’s.

We waited 30 minutes just to order then had to wait for our food. We spent an hour on a fast food lunch. The staff did not seem in a hurry even though they were busy.

Was pretty good minus the fact I had to drive back for eating utensils.

Since the pandemic food hasn't been that fresh

We had a small order that they already rung up incorrectly so I paid money for something I didn't even want. Then they proceeded to spend 20 minutes making it while serving everyone else first. I'm on a 10 hour road trip and pretty frustrated I wasted 20 minutes at a Wendy's. A Wendy's. What a waste of my life for mediocre food.

Not bad, not the best. Here you get through it then move on.

This was a good Wendy's restaurant. Wendy's makes a very good burger.

We got there and the line was backed up a little but we decided to wait anyhow, several other customers came in and left during our wait, the whole time the cashier was taking and making one order at a time very sluggishly. He wasnt very nice i watched how he interacted with a few others asking for refills. Then a customer made a comment about hiring more help, and the whole crew started with well we dont get to take lunches and moral very low, no wonder why the wait was so long. All in all unless u have time to kill dont stop there, food was good but spent an hour there waiting to order then to eat.

Always good food and friendly service no matter which location I visit.

Well the restaurant was clean and the food was fresh so all in all it was a good experience.

I don't know I don't know how they run a business like that and expect it to workout kind of disgusting for the people that own it I feel bad

Haven't eaten at Wendy's for many years. For some reason I got to thinking about one of their burgers. Not as good as I remembered.

Super slow, probably took 40 minutes and they messed up all five of our orders. Additionally, the burgers are insanely sloppy. Would have much rather gone across the street to McDonalds to get good quality food. Terrible.

30 minute drive through. Wish I could’ve gotten out of the line.

Had to wait forever and the food was still cold no sauces at all no napkins poor service

My wife and I were at the Wendy’s in pigeon forge Sunday night it was unbelievable , the line was backed up 3 couples left, because the line was moving so slow , we stood in line for 20 minutes , had one cashier she was only ringing one person up at a time then after handling the money getting the food , the manager was obviously ok with this procedure since she was there , they have no self drink station , so you have to stand in line again just to get a refill , after I saw cashier taking used cups to refill and scooping them in the ice ( no scoop) spreading everyone’s DNA in the ice I decided against the refill , the food was ok but the rest was a disaster, surely scooping used cups in the ice is against health violations , we both wanted a Frosty but didn’t won’t to wait 15 minutes to get it , so we left stopped at the Wendy’s in Newport , Tenn . it was great , clean , fast , very friendly and well organized, had self service drink station as most places do !

MOLD WAS IN MY CHILLI CHEESE FRIES!!! DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! My fiance's food was cold, but the frosty was grand.

Went here on Christmas day, the wait was long as there was not very many options open so it was packed. The staff was very composed and delivered good food and service, thanks to everyone working that day on Christmas, outstanding!

Used the drive through. Staff was friendly and order correct as received. Fairly easy to spot from the road. Parking lot/drive through is a bit narrow and accessed from another parking lot. Traffic was light when I used it, probably not the easiest to get out of with heavier traffic

I went to the drive thru at this Wendy’s, they close at 11pm the drive thru was full so we got in line at 10:46 exactly. A gentleman man came out and told us he was out of Beef, but had chicken (what we wanted anyway) as we get to order a lady came out and said we are closed so we told her what the gentleman had told us and she said to pull to the window. We pull to the window, the car in front of us received service but we were refused service so I call the store. The lady I spoke to was EXTREMELY rude to me after telling her everything. She said we got out of line and came back (no we didn’t) she said for us to get out of her drive thru and hung up. I will never visit this Wendy’s again. What horrible service, they don’t deserve the 1.
